Murrells Inlet is a historic fishing little town that is only 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Murrells Inlet was once primarily a fishing village but has grown into a popular tourist and retirement town. There are so many activities for residents and people who are on vacation. Murrells Inlet is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina".
One of the main attractions in Murrells Inlet is the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is a half mile long boardwalk overlooking a salt marsh. There are incredible restaurants and bars along the Marshwalk. Boating, tours, cruises, rentals, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, kayaking and many more water activities are available right here in Murrells Inlet. This small town also has two marinas and a public boat landing.
There are so many real estate options in Murrells Inlet since the town has grown so much over the past couple of years and still continues to grow.. Prince Creek, Creek Harbour, International Club, and Wachasaw Plantation are the neighborhoods with the highest attraction. Some Murrells Inlet homes are on golf courses, or have great views of the water. It is a great town to move to that is a little relaxed and enjoyable.
